What we do
Plumbing work we handle
Leaking pipes & joints
Visible and concealed leaks on PVC, PPR, copper and old GI pipes — from a dripping joint under the sink to a wet patch on the wall that needs tracing.
Taps, mixers & bidet sprays
Replace dripping taps, shower mixers, bidet sprays and angle valves, and fix taps that will not shut off.
Toilets & cisterns
Fix running cisterns, weak flushes and leaking bases, or remove and install a new toilet bowl with fresh seals.
Water heaters
Plumbing for instant and storage water heaters, shower sets and rain showers, coordinated with the electrical point.
Sinks & basins
Install or replace kitchen sinks, wash basins, wastes and traps, including sealing gaps that let water into cabinets.
Low water pressure
Find the cause — clogged aerators, a choked filter, a failing pump or undersized pipes — and fix it properly.
Water filters & pumps
Install outdoor master filters, under-sink filters and booster pumps, and service or replace pumps that cycle or make noise.
Water tanks & piping (landed homes)
Replace float valves, overflow pipes and tank connections, and re-pipe old rusty GI lines.
Warning signs
Call a plumber if you notice…
- Your water bill jumps without a reason — a hidden leak or a running toilet is the usual cause.
- Damp patches, peeling paint or mould at the base of walls next to bathrooms or the kitchen.
- The toilet keeps refilling or hissing long after flushing.
- Water pressure has dropped on one or all taps.
- Brown or rusty water from one tap only (often old GI pipes).
- Water stains on the ceiling below a bathroom (see our waterproofing service).

Good to know
Tips from the job
Check for a hidden leak yourself
Close every tap at night and note the water meter reading, then check it in the morning before anyone uses water. If it moved, there is a leak somewhere — a running toilet is the most common one.
Know where your stop valve is
Every unit has a main stop valve (in condos usually near the meter in the riser or at the kitchen). Turning it off during a burst pipe saves your floors — find it before you need it.
Who pays in a condo?
Pipes inside your unit are usually your responsibility; the main riser and common pipes belong to the management (JMB/MC). If water comes from the unit above, report it to the management in writing with photos.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How much does a plumber cost in KL?
Most small plumbing jobs in Kuala Lumpur cost between RM50 and RM250 — for example RM50–RM150 to fix a leaking tap or joint, or RM80–RM200 for a toilet flush repair. Hidden leaks that need tracing and hacking are quoted after inspection. Send a photo on WhatsApp for a fixed quote.
Can you find a leak inside the wall or under the floor?
Yes. We check the meter, isolate sections of the pipework and look for moisture patterns to narrow down the leak, so only the necessary tiles or plaster are opened. The repair and the making-good are quoted separately.
Why is my water pressure low?
Common causes are clogged tap aerators or shower heads, a blocked water filter, a partly closed valve, a weak booster pump or old corroded pipes. If the whole building is affected it may be an Air Selangor supply issue — we can tell the difference when we test.
Do you supply the taps, toilet bowl or heater?
We can supply standard parts at cost or install items you have bought yourself. If you are buying, send us the model first so we can confirm it fits your existing pipes.
Do you handle emergency leaks?
For a burst pipe, first close the main stop valve, then WhatsApp us photos and your area. We prioritise active leaks and tell you the earliest time we can be there.
Can you install a water filter for the whole house?
Yes — we install outdoor master filters on the incoming line (usually at the meter or before the tank) and under-sink drinking-water filters, with a bypass valve so cartridges are easy to change.
