What we do
Electrical work we handle
Power trips & fault finding
We trace why your RCCB/ELCB or MCB keeps tripping — a leaking appliance, a damp outdoor socket, a failing water heater or a worn circuit — and fix the cause, not just the switch.
Sockets & switches
Replace burnt, loose or cracked 13A sockets and switches, or add new power points where you actually need them (kitchen counters, TV walls, home office).
Lighting
LED downlights, ceiling lights, pendant lights, wall lights, outdoor and porch lights, including replacing old fluorescent fittings.
Ceiling fans
Install, replace or relocate ceiling fans, add a fan regulator or remote, and fix wobbling or noisy fans.
Water heater & appliance points
Dedicated points with isolator switches for instant water heaters, storage heaters, ovens, hobs and other high-load appliances.
DB box & RCCB upgrades
Replace old distribution boards, faulty MCBs and RCCBs, and tidy overloaded boards so each circuit is labelled and protected.
Rewiring & renovation wiring
Partial or full rewiring for older houses and new wiring for kitchen or bathroom renovations, planned before tiling and painting.
Doorbells, sensors & small fixes
Doorbells, motion-sensor lights, timer switches, exhaust fans and the other small jobs that are hard to find someone for.
Warning signs
Get an electrician in if you notice…
- The power trips again and again, especially when it rains or when one appliance is switched on.
- A socket or switch is warm, discoloured, cracked or smells of burning plastic.
- Lights flicker or dim when the water heater, iron or kettle is used.
- You get a tingle from a metal tap, appliance body or water heater.
- Extension cords and multi-plugs have become permanent because there are not enough sockets.
- Your house is 25–30+ years old and still has its original wiring and DB box.

Good to know
Tips from the job
Why the power trips when it rains
Water getting into outdoor sockets, porch lights or the water heater is the most common cause in Malaysian homes. The RCCB is doing its job — the fix is finding the wet fitting.
Licensed work for new circuits
In Malaysia, new circuits, DB replacements and rewiring fall under Energy Commission (Suruhanjaya Tenaga) rules and must be carried out and tested by a registered electrical contractor and competent wireman. We tell you upfront when a job falls into this category.
Condo jobs
Most condo electrical repairs are inside your unit, but anything touching the riser or the meter belongs to the management or TNB. We check before starting so you are not charged twice.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Why does my power keep tripping?
Usually because an appliance or fitting is leaking current to earth — common culprits are water heaters, outdoor sockets and lights after rain, old kettles and washing machines. An overloaded circuit trips the MCB instead. We test each circuit to find the cause, then repair or replace the faulty part.
How much does an electrician cost in Kuala Lumpur?
Small jobs such as replacing a socket start from about RM40–RM90 per point, a new 13A power point is typically RM100–RM150, and fault finding starts around RM80. Bigger work like a DB box upgrade or rewiring is quoted after we see it. Send a photo on WhatsApp for a fixed quote.
Can you add more power points in my condo?
Yes. We can add sockets on existing circuits or run a new circuit when the load needs it, using surface trunking or concealed wiring. We follow your building’s renovation rules on working hours and noise.
Do you install ceiling fans and water heaters?
Yes — ceiling fans (including fans with remotes and lights) and instant or storage water heaters, with the correct isolator switch and earthing. If you have not bought the unit yet, we can advise what size suits your room or bathroom.
My water heater is not hot — can you fix it?
Usually, yes. First check that the heater’s isolator switch is on and the RCCB has not tripped. If it still runs cold, the heating element, thermostat or pressure switch has typically failed. We test it and either replace the faulty part or the heater — repairs are typically RM100–RM250 plus parts.
Can you come the same day for an electrical problem?
Message us on WhatsApp with photos and your area. We prioritise safety issues such as burning smells or repeated trips and fit them in as quickly as our schedule allows; we will tell you the earliest slot when we reply.
Is it safe to reset the RCCB myself?
You can switch it back on once. If it trips again immediately, leave it off, unplug everything and call an electrician — forcing it on can hide a dangerous fault.
