What we do
Painting work we handle
Whole-home repaints

Rooms & feature walls
A single bedroom, a kids’ room, an accent wall behind the TV or bed — done in a day where possible.
Ceilings & water stains
Stain-blocking primer and repaint for ceilings marked by old leaks (after the leak is fixed), plus mould treatment in bathrooms.
Exterior walls
Weather-resistant exterior systems for terrace and semi-D façades, boundary walls and porches, with crack filling before painting.
Gates, grilles & metalwork
Rust removal, anti-rust primer and topcoat for gates, window grilles, railings and awning frames.
Surface repairs
Skim coating, filling hairline cracks and patching holes from old fittings so the new paint looks smooth.
Rental & move-out refresh
Fast turnaround repaints between tenants, timed around key handover and cleaning.
Colour advice
Help choosing finishes and colours that suit your lighting — matt for living rooms, easy-wash finishes for kids’ rooms and kitchens.
Warning signs
Time to repaint when…
- Walls are marked, faded or patchy from old touch-ups.
- Paint is peeling, bubbling or chalky — common on exterior walls after years of sun and rain.
- Black mould spots keep coming back in bathrooms and corners.
- A ceiling still shows a brown ring from a leak that has been fixed.
- You are moving in, moving out, renting out or selling.
- Gates and grilles are rusting through the old paint.

Good to know
Tips from the job
Use anti-fungus paint in wet rooms
Bathrooms, kitchens and north-facing walls in KL stay humid. Paints with anti-fungus and anti-algae protection keep mould from coming straight back.
Fix the leak before you paint
Painting over a damp stain only hides it for a few weeks. Fix the source, let the wall or ceiling dry fully, then use a stain-blocking primer.
Two coats, not one
One coat looks fine on the day but rarely covers evenly. Compare quotes on the same number of coats and the same paint grade.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to paint a house in KL?
Interior painting in Kuala Lumpur is typically RM2.00–RM3.20 per sq ft of wall area including paint and labour (two coats). As a guide, a 1,000 sq ft condo is around RM3,000–RM5,000 and a single bedroom RM350–RM800; exteriors cost more because of weather-resistant paint and scaffolding.
How long does it take to repaint a condo?
A typical 2–3 bedroom condo takes 2–4 working days for walls and ceilings, depending on prep work and colours. A single room is usually finished in one day.
Do you move the furniture?
We move light furniture away from the walls and cover everything with protective sheets and floor covers. Please remove valuables, fragile items and wall-mounted TVs or let us know in advance.
Which paint brand do you use?
We work with established brands such as Nippon Paint, Dulux and Jotun. We will recommend a grade that suits the room — washable for kitchens and kids’ rooms, anti-fungus for bathrooms, weather-resistant for exteriors — or use the paint you prefer.
Can you paint over the water stains on my ceiling?
Yes, once the leak has been fixed and the ceiling has dried. We apply a stain-blocking primer first so the ring does not bleed through the new paint. If the leak is still active, see our waterproofing service.
Do you paint exterior walls and gates?
Yes — exterior façades, boundary walls, gates, grilles and railings. Metalwork gets rust removal and an anti-rust primer before the topcoat so it lasts.
