    How do I get a quote?

    WhatsApp us on 014-630 8041 with a few photos or a short video of the job and your area, or fill in the quote form with the service and your timeline. Simple jobs get a fixed price straight away; bigger or hidden problems (leaks, electrical faults, renovations) may need a site inspection first, and we tell you the inspection price before we come.

    We cover homes across Kuala Lumpur, including Cheras, Kepong, Setapak, Wangsa Maju, Ampang, Bangsar, Mont Kiara, KLCC, Bukit Bintang, Sentul, Bukit Jalil, Sri Petaling, Old Klang Road, Kuchai Lama, TTDI, Desa ParkCity, Sri Hartamas, Damansara Heights, Brickfields, Setiawangsa, Keramat, Kampung Baru and Titiwangsa.     How quickly can you come?

    It depends on the job and our schedule that week. Urgent problems — active leaks, blocked kitchens, repeated power trips — are prioritised. Send your photos and area on WhatsApp and we will reply with the earliest available slot.

    Do you supply the materials?

    Either way works. We can supply standard materials (pipes, fittings, sockets, adhesive, membrane, paint) and list them in the quote, or install items you have bought yourself, such as tiles, taps, lights or furniture.

    Is there a charge for quoting from photos?

    No — sending photos or a video on WhatsApp and getting a price costs nothing. If a job genuinely needs an on-site inspection or testing to diagnose, we tell you that price upfront.

    How do I pay?

    Payment terms are confirmed in your quote before work starts, so you know exactly what is due and when.
